This is for a contest
 I'd say it came out really well. Drawing such a loud, colorful character against such a calm and quiet looking background could either look interesting or it could clash. I HOPE it didn't look terrible to you guys.  The koi were another matter. I have no idea if sticking your foot in a koi pond is a good idea or not, but I thought it would look good. (Oh the irony, techie+water!) The rocks and water were a real challenge. That took two days by itself. And this would be my first "shiny" picture! Cheers! Time: 5 or 6 days? Who knows how many hours though. Cleaning this one up was NO FUN. I still see spots I missed...  for W00diland's contest -his oc Aoi Sakagami [link] |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
